It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Jack Jardine of Fredericton, New Brunswick, who left us suddenly on May 23, 2025.
Born and raised in Fredericton, Jack attended Fredericton High School and chose to build both his life and career in the community he loved most. He lived his entire life in his hometown, leaving a legacy rooted in connection, care, and unwavering integrity.

Known for his dedication, honesty, and deep compassion for those around him, Jack was a guiding light in both his office and the broader Fredericton real estate community. His ability to make clients feel supported and his colleagues feel seen made him a trusted and valued presence to all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
EXIT Realty Advantage shared:
“Jack was more than a teammate — he was family. His dedication to his work, integrity, and the genuine care he showed to everyone around him made him a cornerstone of our office and a trusted presence. To those newer in the industry, Jack was a mentor. Dana Clowater shared:
“Jack was one of the first people to help me when I got into real estate… I appreciated his help, friendship and even correction. I will miss his visits to my office, our many lunches and there will be an empty spot on our house tour.”
To friends like Behzad Mirarabshahi, Jack was something even greater:
“You were a perfect example of someone whose existence was filled with love and kindness… We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to be friends with someone as remarkable as you.”
Jack’s memory will continue to live on in the hearts of his family, friends, clients, and colleagues. His love for his family was evident to all who knew him — he spoke of them with pride and joy, and his life was rich with meaningful connections and selfless acts of kindness.
In losing Jack, Fredericton has lost a true gentleman, a tireless professional, and a kind-hearted soul. Though his physical presence is gone, the light he brought into people’s lives will never fade.
Rest in peace, Jack Jardine. You will be missed more than words can say.
